Dogs are highly intelligent, social beings that can develop genuinely devoted bonds with other canines. These bonds between shelter dogs can be particularly crucial.
Recently, a shelter dog demonstrated her love for her closest friend, which resulted in a touching conclusion for the two of them.
Dogs Linda and Brenda were discovered as strays together and transported to Minneapolis Animal Care & Control, according to a Facebook post. They showed themselves to be inseparable and best buddies.
The distance between Brenda and Linda’s kennels was still too great for them, so one night Brenda leaped over the concrete wall separating them to keep Linda company when it was dark.
After being uploaded by Friends of Minneapolis Animal Care & Control, who adapted the video to the Mission: Impossible theme song, it quickly became popular online.
As soon as the video went viral, the shelter made the announcement that both dogs were available for adoption. Because the dogs were so obviously linked, the shelter looked for a home where they could live together.
Here we have Brenda and Linda. Brenda had no desire to be separated from her best friend because they had been taken into the shelter together. To get to Linda, she scaled the kennel wall, making sure that everyone knew they were a pair. pic.twitter.com/mqvAfYmpBB

The dogs were moved to a larger kennel together in the interim.
Maybe it was because the video went viral, but these adorable dogs eventually received the happy ending they deserved.
Supporters of MACC claim that Linda and Brenda were adopted together.
“We appreciate everyone who has contacted us and shared a story with us over the past three days. We value your help. Shelter posted something on Facebook.
We’re so happy Brenda and Linda have a new home where they can still be together because what a sweet friendship they share! ❤️
