Huge Crocodile Chases Dog Swimming In Ocean As Owner Calls To It Desperately

Hannah, a blogger for Han and Her Four Guy, was on vacation at Umagico in northern Cape York, Australia, when she captured a minute-long video that stopped her in her tracks.

A dog was swimming in the ocean when an enormous crocodile appeared and began to pursue the animal. The pet’s owner arrived at the beach and immediately began calling the dog back. The distressed owner exclaimed, “Begin, come right here!” with his hands on his head.

Tourists whistled and called to the dog as they all watched with bated breath.

At one point, the dog stopped swimming, turned around to look at his pursuer, who was just feet behind him, and then ran for the shore.

Hannah told Daily Mail Australia that there were approximately fifteen people on the bank who were watching the incident unfold with their hearts in their mouths.

The majority of us then looked at each other with utter dismay and shock at what we had just witnessed.

“Seeing David Attenborough on television and feeling concerned is one thing, but seeing it in person is absolutely heart-wrenching. Everyone was so appreciative that the conclusion was a happy one!”

Hannah uploaded the video to Facebook with the caption, “Nearly encountered Cape Carnage this morning. A young pet puppy was nearly captured by a crocodile.

“Our hearts were pounding as we all attempted to call the puppy back…”

The good news is that the dog made it safely to the coast and to its owner.

The video has since gone viral, with tens of thousands of people commenting on how close a call it was and claiming their hearts were racing just from viewing the footage.

Someone composed, “Oh my God, that was close!”

A second follower remarked, “Lucky puppy,” to which Hannah responded, “a bit too close for my taste and not quite the relaxing Sunday morning we had planned!”

Please watch the video below and share it with your friends.
