Hearing Wilbur’s distress calls, someone in Palm Beach County took him to the Animal Care and Control facility.
Hydrecephalus was blind, had pneumonia, and had sores all over his head.
He wasn’t good for the breeder who carelessly left this blind 8-week-old baby in a busy parking lot without a care in the world.
