He’s scared and lost on the street, asking everyone for food and help.
I don’t know how anyone could leave a living dog like that. If you don’t want your pet, don’t get one, or at least drop him off at a vet or a rescue center. Even though they wouldn’t have cared, the dog’s owners were happy that it was found. Thank you for saving him and giving him a good life.
