We got a call for help because a dog was chained up and living in a terrible way in an abandoned house. The owner just left, and there’s no way the dog can live there. The family dog was chained up in the corner with only its bones and shins showing, but he is very friendly.
You can tell that the people who took care of this dog have a special place in heaven.
