She Knelt In An Old Doghouse Waiting For Assistance While Her Body Deteriorated

A dog was crouching in a little doghouse in front of an abandoned residence while two women were traveling down a road in Bali. The moment they stopped to check on the dog, they could see how awful of shape she was in. She appeared undernourished and had lost most of her hair owing to scabies, which also made her skin incredibly itchy and scaly.

They had to be very cautious while giving her food and drink. They prevent her from becoming frightened and running into oncoming traffic. Before they could seize her, they had to spend the following hour earning her trust. When they hoisted the pup up, they were surprised to see that she was really quiet. She seemed to understand that she was at last secure and that these people were there to support her.

They took her to the doctor, who diagnosed her with scabies and an eye infection that was mercifully simple to cure. They took her home after that so they could take care of her in a cozy setting while she recovered physically and psychologically. They chose to call this adorable puppy Lucy. One thing is certain. The days and years that would come will finally be all Lucy deserves and more.

Lucy’s life before this is a mystery.

She experienced a lot of ,,firsts” while she was recovering. Such as going to the beach and walking on grass. Lucy emerged from her shell and developed a strong sense of friendliness and affection. She enjoys playing with other dogs and getting hugs. Lucy ultimately found a forever home with Matt and Brianna, a kind couple from Washington, D.C., a month later.

Given everything she’s gone through, Brianna told The Dodo: ,,I think it’s simply wonderful that she’s so kind, so loving, and so trusting of us.”

Very early after moving in, Lucy formed strong bonds with her new parents. She is spoiled every day and living the good life. Her metamorphosis has been very amazing.
