Bandit, a one-year-old Malinois sheepdog, disappeared from his home in the Côte d’Or region of France. Bandit’s owner, Farid, was shocked by his disappearance and searched for him for months. After eight months, the Good Samaritan found Bandit on the road.
Somebody stole the poor dog when he was four months old. Bandit was found 310 miles from home without a leash. Fortunately, Bandit was microchipped so that he could finally be traced back to his owner. A meeting was held, we need stories and videos like this. Thanks to the shelter’s incredible life-saving measures, perfect Samaritans and the microchip. Bandit and Farid are ready to be reunited and stay together for many years to come
Farid immediately went to get Bandit: ,,I am very grateful to everyone who helped make this meeting happen. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to get your pet chipped. Bringing Bandit home was one of the happiest days of my life.” says Farid.
