Where there is shadow, there is also light. Where injustice happens and evil lurks, a rescuer or helper is usually not far away to intervene. This, or something similar, is how the following case can be described.
More precisely, it is about four guys who did everything possible in the 7 Mile area of Detroit, USA, to save a desperate dog from its situation.

Brothers Kenny, Kenneth and Kevin Dancy, along with their friend Andrew Daniels, were helping a neighborhood woman move when they suddenly saw something that would have shocked not only children, but adults as well.

They discovered an abandoned dog tied by the neck to a house with a bungee cord. Completely overtired and frightened, the little dog made a pitiful impression.
The boys knew they had to act quickly. They gave the dog a winter jacket to keep her warm before removing the leash and taking her home to give the dog food and drink. They later named her Sparkle.
And as luck would have it, they ran into Detroit Pit Crew Dog Rescue employees while they were out walking Sparkle.
They told the dog’s story to the men, who in turn believed Sparkle might also be suffering from mange. The organization therefore took her to the vet and posted a video on Facebook titled “Heroes,” which was about the four young rescuers.
“You could tell they really loved the dog,” Theresa Sumpter, founder of the organization, told WDIV.
“They protected the dog and made sure she had it good.”

After Sparkle was examined at the shelter, it was clear that she had no other diseases. This meant she could be put up for adoption in a timely manner. Pet Tales Rescue, a sister organization, became aware of Sparkle and placed her with a foster mom who gave her all the love the dog needed.
Meanwhile, the four boys, who received much praise for their efforts, even managed to rescue two other dogs in their neighborhood. And again, Detroit Pit Crew Rescue was involved, making sure the street dogs got the treatment they needed.
